Learn about six important principles of movement from the professionals.
Some of this stuff you might have never heard in dance classes, but it
is more important than all the fancy tango figures rolled together.
Track 1 and 2 has musical intermissions with Miguel Calo orchestra and
Raul Beron (my favorite tango crooner).
Track 3 is accompanied by a garden variety of newly found tango/alterna-tangos.

Do not get scared by the covers with professional dancers. Great deal of
material in those books is applicable to the social dancers, especially in
Minton's Dance:Mind & Body
.
The Elaine Petrone Method set is featured here because Petrone was an ex-dancer and she uses
the exactly those 4-in balls
which the professional dancers use for balance training. I used those balls to train my balance.
They are nice to relieve the tightness in shoulders and back pain, too.
