Culinary adventure in tango with chef Efrain Martinez

This is the impromptu interview with celebrity chef Efrain Martinez ("Chef Ef") from New York. It was recorded early May 2008 during the fantabulous party in Woodstock, NY. We talked a little bit about everything - Spanish cooking, Argentine cooking, the culture of the Sephardi Jews and, of course, how Chef Ef got into tango.
